You will be staying at the convenince resort which often include a full kitchen, spacious living areas, and numerous amenities or at the fabulous cruises.
When you have purchased our vacation cannot be canceled, due the prices are likely change upon the seasons and availabilities.
You'll receive a vacation information (via e-mail, or the postal service) that includes details about the unit, resort, and
surrounding area.
There will be not extra cost other than the amount you have purchased your vacation from our listings unless specifically stated. There will be charged by the resort or cruise for any incidental charged your make that are not included in your package.
You must be at least 21 years of age to check in to our timeshares.
Most timeshare resorts ask that you do not smoke inside the unit.
Pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet into the timeshare will incur a fine.
Occupancy levels are strictly enforced. Our vacation rental listing will state a maximum number of guests allowed. If you try to check in with more guests than stated, the resort may charge you a fine per each extra person.
You are responsible for any excessive damage caused to the unit.
